The best 35mm lens for Sony mirrorless Amazing lens overall. It is 35mm so you need to know what to use it for, in my case it is general indoor event photography, group portrait, and low light outdoor shots. Image is perfect in every aspect, bokeh is great, and AF is dead on and fast. Also, minimum focusing distance is only 30cm so you can get really close if you need to, fort things like table top etc.

A great prime to have. I like the lens it is quick, sharp and feels very sturdy. The image quality is great and being quite bright it is ideal in low light situations. Heavy but not overwhelming. It is pricey, but the quality justifies the price! LOVE IT!

Sharp even at 1.2 Awesome lens! Sharp with great low-light capabilities.
The only downside I’ve found is you can acidendally turn the aperture ring while changing lens. I wish there were a way to lock it more reliably.

Love it! Stepped up from my Sigma 35 Art 1.4, which was a fantastic lens. But this lens shines a bit better. I needed more sharpness in edges, and this delivers. Focusing on the A7r IV is fantastic as well. When you shoot for a living, it’s imperative to have the best glass available.
